Framework: Clarity on a Single Sheet
📌 “If you can’t fit your strategy on one page, you can’t execute it.” – Verne Harnish
Mini Course: Simplicity Creates Alignment
You don’t need a 50-page strategy document. You need one page everyone can understand, align with, and execute against. The 1-Page Plan clarifies:
Vision (Why): What does success look like in 3–5 years?
Mission (Now): What are you trying to achieve this year?
Targets (What): Revenue, customer, and product goals
Key Initiatives (How): What 3–5 projects will get you there?
Metrics (Track): Weekly/monthly indicators of progress
Values (Culture): How do you make decisions and lead?
Task: Draft Your 1-Page Plan
Set a timer for 45 minutes
Fill in these six areas based on where your business is today and where you want it to go
Share with your team, pin it to your workspace, and revisit monthly
Insight:
Clarity isn’t optional—it’s your growth multiplier. One page. One direction. One execution rhythm. That’s how real businesses scale.
